Booking and cancellation rules for booking a Norwegian cruise Svalbard.
1. Validity of the Agreement
Unless there is another written agreement, this Agreement will be in effect between the Traveler, the Tour Operator (hereinafter referred to as the Tour Operator) and the Customer. Otherwise, the provisions in the Group Travel Act apply to trips covered by Norwegian law and regulations relating to tourism and other travel activities in Svalbard.
2. Order
When the organiser of the request receives confirmation of the reservation request, this is considered accepted by the traveler in accordance with the conditions of the trip, if he does not immediately notify the organizer of any defects or errors in the request, or a change in the itinerary, or in errors in the reservation crosses these conditions binding on both parties.

3. Terms of payment for tourism companies (1-15 people)
When booking from tourist offices, payment of the full price of the trip must be completed no later than 48 hours only.
4. When booking and confirming the reservation online, the full amount is paid immediately.
5. Preliminary reservation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid. The remaining amount must be paid within 15 days of the reservation date to confirm the reservation.
4. Conditions for canceling a person’s flight
In case of cancellation up to 48 hours from the date of booking, a full refund will be issued minus an administration fee of 5% of the total amount and the currency conversion difference.
In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the booking date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the date, no refund will be given.
Full refunds will be given only if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator.
The amount paid is not refunded if the passport is forgotten, due to illness or other reasons by the company operating the trip. This is why we recommend our clients to take out travel insurance.
The company has travel insurance for every traveler. In order to ensure the rights and money of the traveler and the company in the event of something happening outside the will of the traveler or the company
